Criteria and Preferences
Funding Eligibility
Qualified buyers participating in the program may be eligible for partial reimbursement of travel expenses. Please note that submission does not guarantee funding. Farmfair International may consult with other agencies to verify the qualifications of applicants.
Only one person from a ranch, farm, or operation is eligible for funding. While additional traveling companions are not covered by funding, they are very welcome to attend and will qualify as International Guests.
Applicants should have direct financial capacity or influence to purchase Canadian products and services.
Preference is given to first-time applicants who meet the required criteria.
Inbound buyers are not eligible for funding if they are employed by any producers or exhibitors. This includes receiving any form of compensation, whether monetary or in-kind.
